This is a 45-minute workout that consist of pad work, high-intensity exerciseS, and ab work. Boxing helps sculpt your midsection, improve bone mineral density, relieves stress, and also helps sculpt your shoulders. You are guaranteed to burn at least 400 calories with this type of workout.

This type of workout is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This type of workout will help you burn the maximum amount of calories in a short period of time. You will burn at least 400-500 calories with this type of workout.


kettlebell training

During kettlebell training, you will perform many types of exercises, including ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. You will burn 350-400 calories with this type of workout.
