O'ZONE FITNESS WAS STARTED IN 2017 AS AN IDEA TO HELP KEEP US IN THE "ZONE." WE TOOK OUR LAST NAME, O'NEIL, AND CREATED O'ZONE. WE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS IN THE GYM CREATING AND STUDYING DIFFERENT WORKOUTS, PROGRAMS, AND APPROACHES TO HELP US REACH OUR PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS. WE CONTINUED THIS CONCEPT AMONGST US AND OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS, UNTIL COVID-19 HIT IN MARCH 2020. IT WAS THEN, WE DECIDED TO STEP OUR ON FAITH AND EXPAND O'ZONE INTO SOMETHING BIGGER THAN US.
Before O’ZONE, I hardly had a workout routine. I could not figure out what structure worked well for me and what my fitness goals should be. Also after a day of work, it was hard to encourage myself to drive to the gym and then with COVID, it made it even harder to go. But once, I started with O’ZONE, all of this turned around for me. I now look forward to every Virtual Bootcamp because Calvin makes the workouts such an inspiring challenge that it produces a personal motivation to get better and better at his exercises. He ahs made me realize how I can push my body in a precise way that builds towards growth I never knew I was able to achieve! The strength I’ve gained is incredible. Also, the accessibility of O’ZONE workouts have made it easy for me to stay consistent. Lastly, just seeing the values O’ZONE displays makes it a wonderful community to be a part of. I can really see how much they care about others and about making our fitness journey the best it can be. I am so very thankful my friend Kamri invited me to try a workout because it has been such a positive in my life ever since I’ve joined the O’ZONE family.”
